Home Child Care Provider - Caregivers

Two months from now, or on January 1, 2022, the Home Child Care Provider Pilot will reopen to new applicants. As early as now, it is best to be prepared if you're planning to apply under this pilot. IRCC will only receive 2,750 applicants under this pilot annually until 2024. Once it received the quota for the year 2022, your applications will be mailed back to you and have to wait until January 1, 2023.


Make sure you have the following:

1. IELTS results (CLB 5) 2. Education Credential Assessment (equivalent to 1 year of Post-Secondary education in Canada) 3. Proof of ability to do the work under NOC 4411 4. A VALID job offer from a Canadian or Permanent Resident employer.


NOTE: There must be a GENUINE and VALID job offer before you apply.
